JKA England International Spring Course

 

JKA England proudly announces 3 days of traditional shotokan training, internationally recognised instructors, dan grading and international qualification exams. We welcome kyu grades and all levels of dan grades to our training, arrive ready to learn!

Schedule
24 April 2026 – Training 5 to 8pm
25 April 2026 – Training 10am to 1pm; Kyu grading & coaching assessments 1pm (with prior permission of club instructor); International Friendly Competition 2:00pm
26 April 2026 – Training 10am to 1pm; Dan Grading 1st to 6th Dan 2pm onwards
* International Qualification Examinations - Instructor, Examiner, Judge throughout the weekend

Grading Information
JKA Grading: 1st to 6th Dan
International Examinations:
Instructor: B, C & D
Judge: B, C & D
Examiner: C & D
Payment for grading & international qualification examinations plus registration with Japan if pass on the day in cash only.

Please ensure you pre-register - ask your Chief Instructor or email technical@jka-england.org.
If you are grading, you must train at the course.
To attempt Shodan or Nidan you must have attended at least one other international, national or regional course in the previous year.
To attempt Sandan and above, you must attend all 3 days of the course.
